Chapter 3 Ughh....She steps inside her house. Thump, thump, thump, thump, thump... Boom. "Where have you been." her mom shouted... Curiously looking into her eyes. Then staring down at her. "Are you high." She looked away. Thinking to herself. "No you idiot i'm not high. I dont do drugs. Your so lame go kill yourself." then looked up at her and said... "Yeah." Walked up the stairs pretending to be drunk to and then stopped in the middle of the stairs without turning around said. "You have no life." Then continued walking. Her mom just stood there stunned. Unmovable. Holding her, did she say what i think she did face. She ended up screaming and then walking away. Just so she could say. Fatality.... Does it really give her that much pleasure to annoy her own daughter. In her room she sat there. Thinking. She didn't even move. She just sat there staring at the wall thinking. With an hour to go before M.T.V. cribs she stopped. Got up and looked around her room...."How boring" she said to herself. She pulled out a black duffelbag from under her bed she had been meaning to pack for a Looonnggg time. Though she'd always hope for. Tommorow. and if that sucked them maybe tommorow would get better. But everyday seemed to be the worst day of her life. So she was always having the worst day of her life... Even on Christmas... Even on her birthday. She was tiered of it. "Maybe it's the house." she thought to herself. "Maybe it's my mom, my school, my life, my "popularity status", or the fact that noone cares." She went with the second answer. Feeling good about herself for the first time in along time she packed her bags. She packed some clothes a toothbrush her deoderant some toothpaste, and granola bars. This time she was going to leave for good. Sneaking into her mom's bedroom, her mom sleeping she stole all her mom's money and debit card. She knew her pin number by watching it be pressed in at the bank numerous times, at the outside a.t.m. machine. No big deal it wasn't even that hard to remember 7988. So her first stop the bank. Only 12 miles away. She should be able to make it before 6. And she did, the walk wasn't that bad. Honestly since she had a stuffed book bag and a duffel bag. She didn't look conspicuous.... Wow. Her mom had alot more money in the teller then she thought. Good thing she left the day after payday. Nice work! Trying to find a good place to store 2 grand in twenties. She decided it was best to stuff her duffel bag pouch in the inside with it. Since noone knew to look there except her. It actually did come in handy. What do you know? Thinking to herself. "Where next" as she thought about the best way to get out of town. Airport... Too far. Way too far. Crrssshhh. Beeep. She turned around. A bus halted to a stop. Like an Omen or something. She looked up and just boarded it. She asked the bus driver where they were headed. He turned and laughed. Ticket please. She said oh. Can i buy one here. He said... "I dont know. I dont think so. But if you give me the same amount as a ticket i'll work it out." Extreamly happy she gave him 38 dollors and 62 cents. from her wallet. Which was stuffed with twenties.as much as it could hold. He was in awe of how much she had. He just stared at her wallet. "Here's your money sir." she stated. "Oh." he replied. "Thank you" she stated "Oh." he replied. "Where do I sit?" she stated "Oh" he replied...."32B down on your left, thanks enjoy your ride." "Where are we going." she said "Pittsburgh of course can't you see the sign" "Yeah, Im sorry I didn't see it... Thanks" She took her seat. Next to noone of course. The only people who were on the bus. Was a lady with two boys and a girl and a little baby wrapped in her arms tucked in an overlarge t-shirt. Reassuring her children everything would be okay. She thought to herself... Reassure me everything would be okay. She thought to herself. It will be okay. I know it will be okay because i will make it okay. Then pulling her cd player out of her back pack she tucked her headphones on which were half way run down on batteries. But thats okay. She'll just get new ones. She started listning to her music and she leaned over onto the seat next to her and fell asleep. When she got up she was still on the road. Looking around she saw the family in front of her using eachother as a pillow so happy and smiling in there sleep. She sunk farther down in her seat. And then realizing she had to pee. She got up. Went to the back of the bus. After sanitizing the toilet with 3 stacks of paper and polishing it she got herself up and went to the bathroom washing her hands off twice. She didn't feel like buckling her jeans back together. She just walked back to her seat and sat down. Her batteries ran out. Crap... So she just pulled out her book and tried to draw. Which didn't turn out to well since she got car sick from drawing on the bus... So she tried to write. But she could barely make out her handwriting and then she was disgusted with how it looked she just decided to stop. She smiled and decided that sleeping would be the best alternative. And she fell asleep replaying music in her head. "the closest thing to the real thing" Singing to herself.... "Staring out from the big bus window The pictures of girlfriends taped to the windshields of the cars" Altering the Real song and laughing about it. She fell asleep still smiling.
